Arreat LLC ("Arreat," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Arreat AI agent platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

When you connect your Google account to an Arreat AI agent, we collect:

• Your Google account email address
• OAuth access and refresh tokens used to access Google services on your behalf
• Content from Google services you explicitly authorize (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Tasks, Contacts) only as needed to perform tasks you request

We also collect basic account information necessary to provision and operate your AI agent instance.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve your AI agent (reading email, managing calendar, accessing Drive files) strictly based on your instructions
• Authenticate with Google services using the permissions you grant
• Provide customer support
• Send service-related notifications

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Google User Data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google Workspace data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.) only when you have explicitly authorized this access and only to perform tasks you have requested. We do not share this data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

Data Storage and Security

Your OAuth tokens and agent data are stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and automated systems necessary to operate your agent.

You can revoke Arreat's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. When you cancel your account, we delete your data within 30 days. Cached Google Workspace content is not stored beyond the duration of active agent sessions.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke Google authorization at any time
• Request a copy of your data
