These Terms of Service govern your use of Arreat LLC's AI agent platform and related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Arreat provides AI-powered agent services that can interact with your email, calendar, documents, and other connected tools on your behalf. You authorize specific actions through your agent configuration and instructions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any third-party credentials you connect (including Google Workspace). You grant Arreat permission to access connected services only to the extent required to perform tasks you request.
You can revoke third-party authorizations at any time through those services' account settings.

Your use of Arreat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arreat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding three months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
